I am grateful forName three things you are grateful for. Gratitude builds resilience. Not only does it create good mojo, but it pushes away depression, fear, and anger. When things get tough, I make a list of what I’m grateful for, and I feel better. Here’s one of my lists from years ago. Here’s another one.

By the way, don’t feel like you have to stop at three. Start making a list and see how many you can come up with.

Here are my three things for today: wild dogwoods, waterfalls, chickadees.

I am also grateful for YOU, sweet readers.

Love,
Susan

Uncheck the top list and check the weekly option, then click the “update subscriptions” button. Thanks!

Note to newcomers: I love my reader community here, so I am posting something uplifting on this blog and also on my facebook page every day at 4 pm (Eastern) until we get through the Covid-19 crisis. See yesterday’s post here.
