strange baby namesLaughter builds resilience. While research shows that watching violence on television and movies causes our immune systems to take a hit (pun intended!), laughter is said to build our immune systems. Laughter helps us stay positive and survive tough times.

Recently, I rewatched the movie Tootsie with Dustin Hoffman. (It’s streaming on Netflix right now.) Even though life is alarmingly serious these days, I allowed myself to laugh. Like really laugh. It felt so good. I’ve heard that What About Bob? is supposed to be a good quarantine movie, and Moonstruck.

I also appreciate cartoons, and love to find ones that tickle my funny bone.

Are there any movies you would like to recommend for a laugh? Or cartoons you would like to share? Feel free to offer any thoughts you have about laughter.

May you find a reason to laugh today!

Love,
Susan
