be kindKindness builds resilience. Even the smallest acts of kindness can change lives. Genuine kindness often involves sacrifice. Keeping ourselves and others safe by staying at home during a pandemic, is an act of kindness. Treating ourselves with kindness and compassion while our world turns upside down is an expression of resilience.

Here are 22 of my favorite quotes on kindness. Pick one and commit it to memory, cross-stitch it, sing it, dance it, write it in your journal, and otherwise live by it.

In the comment section feel free to tell us your thoughts on kindness, your favorite quote, or a random act of kindness that you have witnessed.
