isolation aleHappy Hour seems somehow more acceptable during a global pandemic. I have never been a big drinker—I would rather spend the calories on bread, something sweet, or a combination of the two—but I have been known to have an occasional beer. To my surprise, this beer glass (that I’ve had in the back of the cabinet for over a decade) finally makes perfect sense.

What is your favorite beverage to have during a stay-at-home order? It can be non-alcoholic, too. Since I live in the South and write southern novels, iced tea comes to mind, which on beautiful spring days is equally as refreshing.

Love,
Susan

P.S. Happy Birthday today to my sweet friend, Susan P. I miss our tea dates.
