(This blog post is a copy of a newsletter I sent out recently. You can also register to win free audio books by making a comment on this blog.)
Audio books bring a novel to life and let fiction lovers enjoy a great story while driving, riding the subway, exercising, etc. Almost all of my books are available in audio format, and I’m happy to report that they are very popular!
That’s why I’m excited to announce that two more of my novels are now available as audio books on Audible and Amazon. To celebrate I’m doing an audio book giveaway. (Or in this case, I’m giving away 5 each!)
Circle of the Ancestors (A Native-American Spiritual Journey for adults and young adults)
and

Quentin and the Cave Boy (a funny book for boys and adventurous girls; and grownups who love to laugh)
You can listen to samples of the audio on Audible. Both audio books are $14.95 (or free with a 30 day trial at Audible!)
If you want to enter your name in my raffle, I am giving away five copies of these two new audiobooks. Simply leave a comment on this blog and be sure and tell me which new audio book you would like to win. (Feel free to forward this offer to your friends.)
I’ll have the drawing on September 25. Winners will be announced on this blog.
I love reading my novels aloud. The hard part of producing an audio book is the editing, and I thank my awesome business manager for that service!
Much to my embarrassment, she assembled a blooper reel of one of my audio books which you might enjoy here. (4 minutes). These are mistakes I made while recording that were edited out – thankfully. You probably don’t want to listen to it. It’s full of screams, several burps, cursing, and multiple mispronunciations. (Recording audio books is not as easy as you would think!) But if you do listen, I hope you enjoy it! *blush*

So leave a comment if you want to enter the raffle and please say which book you’d like.
My other audio books available on Audible and Amazon are:
The Secret Sense of Wildflower (southern historical fiction; starred review Kirkus Reviews and voted a Best Book of 2012)
Seeking Sara Summers (contemporary fiction; a woman in midlife falls in love with her best friend from 30 years ago)

Names go in the hat either way.
It is a literal hat, and strips of paper with names on it. My mate will draw five names for each book on Sept. 25th.
