Thank you, R, whoever you “r.” You have no idea how much this means to me. I want you to know I appreciate every single one of those exclamation points!

We authors send our book “children” out into the world and wonder how they are being received. We love to hear from people who have read our books, especially if they like them! Since I know this fact from personal experience, I try to send even famous authors whose books I read a note about their book, and especially the not-so-famous and the relatively unknown ones (that would be me!).

In my books I aim to entertain, inspire, and perhaps even help readers (through a really good story) to lead more authentic lives. If I achieve this in any way, big or small, then I have done my job.

I am grateful to all readers of my books… and of all books!
